Young Athletes Strength & Conditioning Program

Specialized strength and conditioning for youth athletes who are serious about excelling at the next level. I’m currently offering a training program for high school student-athletes.

This program is designed to enhance strength, speed, explosiveness, and overall athletic performance while prioritizing injury prevention and long-term development. I strongly believe in building not only strong athletes but also mentally tough and disciplined young individuals who are ready for the demands of collegiate sports. 

Program Highlights: 

  • Sport-specific strength & power development 

  • Speed, agility, and quickness training 

  • Injury prevention and mobility work 

  • Guidance on recovery, nutrition, and mindset 

  • Individualized attention in a group setting 

Schedule

  • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 

  • Group 1: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM  | Group 2 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

  • Location: 5311 E. Speedway Blvd or Mobile training available on school campuses 

  • Duration: 4 weeks (12 workouts in a calendar month)

  • Custom scheduling available

  • One-on-One training available 

Cost: 

  • Group Training: $300/month per person  (4 or more) or $550 for individual

  • Individual Drop-in Training: $55/session

  • Team Rates available upon request
